We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at IKEA in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients, managing client relationships, and driving client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Lead a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve client service processes and procedures - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements - Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Monitor client service metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and people management abilities - Resourceful and hardworking mindset - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Experience in the retail or home furnishing industry is a plus
