Peak Performance is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client service management, the ideal candidate will be dedicated and independent, with superior time management and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Manage client accounts, including handling inquiries, providing updates, and conducting regular check-ins. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver projects on time and within budget. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client relationships. 5. Develop and deliver client presentations to showcase the value of our products and services. 6. Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven track record in client service management, with at least 7 years of experience. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Availability to work remotely on a part-time basis. 7. Fluent in English and Swedish.
