Evolution Gaming is seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län. As a leading provider of live casino solutions, we are constantly innovating and setting new industry standards. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 8 years of experience in client service management, who is hardworking, resourceful, and has excellent decision-making and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing retention - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue - Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify trends and make strategic recommendations - Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate updates and gather feedback - Develop and implement client service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client service management or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
