Client Service Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and confident Client Service Manager to join our team at Kry in Stockholm. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue - Analyze client data and market trends to anticipate customer needs and preferences - Develop and deliver presentations to clients to showcase the value of our products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead a team effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
