Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Mips, a leading company in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is currently seeking a talented Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries and issues - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments and renewals - Resolve client complaints and escalate issues as needed - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8 years of experience in client services or a similar role - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and reliable with a high level of emotional intelligence - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
