Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Budbee, a leading logistics and delivery company, is seeking a talented Client Service Manager to work from home in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Manage client accounts, handling billing, contracts, and renewal processes - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices in client service management

Requirements: - Passionate and independent individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical capabilities to interpret client data and make informed decisions - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
