Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team at Securitas AB. This position is a part-time, work-from-home role located in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction - Oversee the delivery of services to clients and ensure quality standards are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve client service - Lead a team of client service representatives and provide guidance and support - Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and resolve issues - Monitor client feedback and address any complaints or concerns in a timely manner - Analyze data and report on key performance indicators - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent people management skills - Reliable and hardworking - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
