Job Description:
Sinch, a leading global provider of cloud communications and collaboration solutions, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, Sweden, with a focus on meeting the needs of our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships - Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, and implement strategies to improve them - Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client performance and feedback
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction goals - Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the technology industry is a plus
