Client Service Officer

Job Description:

G5 Entertainment is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Assist in the creation and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience. 6. Prepare and present reports on client service metrics and performance to management.

Requirements: 1. Driven and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to take ownership of tasks and lead by example. 3. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
