Client Service Officer

Job Description:

G5 Entertainment is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, resourceful, and possess emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth - Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports to management on client feedback and trends

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A confident and resourceful personality with high emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills
