Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Service Officer to join our team at Quinyx in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client service role.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution - Managing client accounts and contracts - Conducting regular client account reviews and identifying opportunities for growth - Developing and executing creative strategies to exceed client expectations - Utilizing strong people management skills to lead client meetings and presentations - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in a client service role - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
