Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at Scania in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. As a part-time Associate Level Remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Processing orders and tracking shipments - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting or exceeding set KPIs and targets - Demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills in a remote work environment - Providing accurate and timely information to clients
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Hardworking and dedicated to meeting customer needs - Efficient time-management skills - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools
