Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Peak Performance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while working remotely. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments - Reliable and trustworthy with a high level of professionalism - Experience with remote work tools and technology - Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment - Fluency in English and Swedish is required
