Job Description:
Paradox Interactive, a leading global interactive entertainment company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Representative to work from home. As a part-time Associate level position, the Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments. 6. Assist with resolving client complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of our client service processes. 8. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and response times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 4. Proven research skills to stay informed on industry trends. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 8. Must have a dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet and a quiet work environment.
