Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Oatly is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Process orders and manage client accounts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products - Maintain a high level of knowledge about company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality - Excellent presentation skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
