Remote Client Service Specialist

Job description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Wrapp. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients - Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services - Manage client accounts, including handling billing and invoicing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or customer relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passionate and driven individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service - Strong people management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
