Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Vattenfall, a leading energy company based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to promote customer retention and satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist clients with their needs. 7. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Energetic personality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 6. Confidence in dealing with clients and problem-solving. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8.
