Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, updating account information, and providing product recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and work towards solutions that meet their individual requirements - Maintain a deep understanding of Spotify's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product training as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client service or account management roles - Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients and resolve issues in a proactive and timely manner - Independent and motivated individual with a natural inclination towards problem-solving - Experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards common goals - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
