Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Client Service Specialist to join our team at Kry in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and support as needed - Maintain accurate client records and ensure data confidentiality and security - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in resolving client issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments

Requirements: - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Adaptable to changing work environment and able to multitask effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Willingness to learn and grow in the role - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is a plus
