Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Camfil, a global leader in air filtration solutions, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or chat - Assist clients with order processing, product information, and troubleshooting - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and concerns effectively - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance job performance - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve service delivery

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds - Creativity and cooperation as soft skills to foster innovation and teamwork within the organization - Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required - Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
