Job Description: Northvolt, a leading Swedish battery manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, providing you with the opportunity to excel in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery - Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations - Meet and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and independent mindset, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment - Strong leadership and cooperation skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to adapt quickly to change and navigate challenges with a positive attitude
