Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Polestar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolving client issues and concerns with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction 3. Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions 4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 5. Identifying opportunities for improvement in our client service processes 6. Providing feedback to management on trends and issues affecting client satisfaction 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills 4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Hardworking and resourceful attitude 6. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
