As a Client Service Specialist at Starbreeze Studios, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. You will assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products or services, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong research skills to effectively assist clients with their inquiries - Emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with empathy and understanding - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
