Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Hilton Göteborg is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team in Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in hospitality.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with the sales team to support client relationships and maintain client satisfaction - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments - Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure a positive experience - Assist in organizing and coordinating client events and promotional activities


Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable with a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
