Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Cellink is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, confident, possess strong research and project management skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote client support through email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting requests - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Contribute to ongoing process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives - Assist in data analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or administrative role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer support platforms - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
