Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team at Saab Group. As a Remote Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints - Assisting clients with order processing, returns, and refunds - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
