Job Description:
As a Client Support Assistant at Acast, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients while working remotely from home. Your primary responsibilities will include answering client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, resolving client issues in a timely manner, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client support process. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients. 7. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Dedicated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 6. Proficient in using technology and software for client support. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
