Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Nyckel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional support to clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience - Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records - Participating in training sessions to stay up to date on products and services - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
