Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and online chat - Handle inquiries, troubleshooting, and issues resolution in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any escalated matters - Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating positive client experiences - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
