Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Support Assistant to join our team at LightAir. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work remotely from home. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to process orders, track shipments, and ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders and any relevant updates or promotions - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials for clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent project management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
