Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

NEVS is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience. As a Remote Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues with our products or services. 3. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to ensure their satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients. 8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. 2. High energy and enthusiasm for helping clients. 3. Exceptional presentation and communication skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. 5. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
