Job Description - Client Support Associate


Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and driven Client Support Associate to join our team at Paradox Interactive in Stockholm. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. 3. Proactively reaching out to clients to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall client experience. 5. Documenting client interactions and feedback for internal review and process improvement. 6. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
