Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Client Support Associate to join our team at ASSA ABLOY in Stockholm, SE. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends - Uphold company values and prioritize quality in all client interactions
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support role - Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Attention to detail and ability to accurately document client interactions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
