Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Budbee, a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce logistics company, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to clients regarding our platform and services - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues as necessary - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Motivated and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with colleagues virtually
