Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Mips, a leading technology company based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Manager at Mips, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the client support team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement client support strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations. 2. Manage a team of client support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 3. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the client support process. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client support, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in client support to continuously improve our processes and services. 8. Assist in the development and implementation of new client support tools and technologies.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or customer service roles. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing client support teams and delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. 5. Resilient and reliable, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. 6. Teamwork and innovation skills, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and finding creative solutions to client issues. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
