Job Description - Client Support Manager

Atlas Copco is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback - Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all support issues - Implement and improve processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address recurring problems and drive continuous improvement - Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer support or client services role - Strong people management and communication skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Soft skills: - Strong people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
