Job Description - Client Support Manager

Trustly is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to our clients. This role requires someone with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction - Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to problems - Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve our products and services - Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Hardworking and adaptable to changing priorities - Team player with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
