Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


H&M is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As the Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our remote client base, ensuring they receive top-notch customer service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions to any issues they may encounter, and build strong, long-lasting relationships.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support a remote client base, providing excellent customer service and support - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter - Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, making necessary improvements to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support services - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client support metrics and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 7 years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude - Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working with remote clients is a plus
