Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Kry Livi is seeking a talented Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 8 years of experience, the successful candidate will be passionate, reliable, and possess excellent persuasion and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote client support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze client feedback to make informed decisions on process improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and issues in a timely manner - Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance - Track and report key metrics related to client support activities to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in technology and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
