Job Description:
Einride is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate our platform and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and products. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 5. Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client feedback and suggest improvements to our products and services. 6. Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 7. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or account management. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 6. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Driven and motivated to meet and exceed client expectations.
