Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Voi Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to work remotely from home. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, preferably in the technology or transportation industry. The ideal candidate will be a driven and confident individual who possesses excellent communication skills and is adept at problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer support - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Manage client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay current on industry trends and developments - Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and enhance the client experience - Handle escalations and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and trust - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction and retention goals - Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and negotiate effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
