Client Support Officer

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and assistance with any inquiries or issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns in a timely manner - Assist in the implementation of strategic planning initiatives to enhance client support services - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall client experience
