Job Description:
As a Remote Client Support Officer at Fjällräven, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from a remote location. Your primary duty will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product recommendations and assist clients with their purchases - Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Work closely with the sales team to drive customer engagement and retention - Uphold the company's standards of customer service excellence
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong communication and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using remote communication tools and software - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
