Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Camfil is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Support Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and technical support to clients - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Manage client accounts, including billing and payment processing - Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices is a plus
