Remote Client Support Officer

Saab Group is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a global defense and security company, Saab Group is committed to providing innovative solutions to our clients worldwide.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support to clients remotely through various communication channels. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support. 7. Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in remote communication tools and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Driven and reliable with strong strategic planning and persuasion skills. 7.
