Job Description:
Haglöfs, a renowned outdoor apparel and gear company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to work remotely from home. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product information, order status, returns, and other queries - Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution - Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management
