Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

H&M is seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Officer to join our team and work from home in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Provide guidance and assistance to clients in navigating our products and services - Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or escalations - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing new products or services - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, building trust and loyalty

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with presentation software and tools - Motivated and driven to exceed client expectations
