Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team at Mindler in Stockholm, SE. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with a focus on assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Address client concerns and issues, providing solutions and assistance as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve services - Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing - Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations


Requirements: - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
