Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Epidemic Sound is seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving billing inquiries 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback 6. Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to effectively support clients


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or client support 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
