Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description: Kivra is seeking a reliable and dedicated Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may have - Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions - Assist with client onboarding and account setup processes - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure client satisfaction - Use critical thinking skills to assess client needs and provide innovative solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
